1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mentisonic website and application ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
Mentisonic is a wellness audio-streaming platform offering frequency-based audio programmes, a Dosha self-assessment, AI-assisted search, and curated playlists. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Health Disclaimer
Mentisonic is a wellness and relaxation product. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- •The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- •Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.
- •Do not use audio programmes while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where reduced alertness could be unsafe.
4. Accounts
- •You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- •You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- •You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- •One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
5.1 Plans
The Service offers paid plans billed through our payment processor (Mamopay): Monthly and Annual, available in USD, EUR, and AED.
5.2 Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Mamopay) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
5.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
5.4 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
5.5 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- •Copy, download, redistribute, or publicly perform the audio content.
- •Circumvent security or access-control features.
- •Attempt unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
- •Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service.
- •Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All audio content, software, text, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial use.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

- •You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- •We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms with advance notice to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
